Revora was created around a straightforward belief: meaningful improvement starts with understanding how a business actually works.
Rather than beginning with software or technology, we begin with the commercial priorities, operational pressures and everyday processes affecting performance. From there, we identify what should change and build the right improvement around the business.
Revora is led by co-founders Moaad and Adam, bringing together complementary construction and commercial experience. Moaad’s background spans civil engineering, quantity surveying and commercial delivery across consultancy and contractor environments, alongside practical work in AI and workflow automation. Adam brings mechanical engineering training and a relationship-led commercial perspective shaped by technical sales and account management. Together, they focus on practical improvements that protect margin, reduce friction and help construction businesses work better.
